Nobody wants research.  It's the means to an end.  What brands and clients want and need is the insight.  To make it really useful, they need strategic and directional insight, which is exactly what we offer. 

Whether the research we use to get there is qual or quant led, our output (the bit you're really looking for), tells the story of the findings, shows what it means to your brand or business and illustrates what you should do on the back of it. 


We specialise in both areas:


Qualitative research is exploratory and focuses on understanding the underlying reasons, opinions, and motivations of people.  It brings depth and context and is usually discussion led - in groups, communities or one to one.

Quantitative research is numerical and focuses on gathering and analysing statistical data.  It uses robust and reliable sample sizes and tends to be in the form of customised or templated online surveys.
